Our PACE Health Centers
Senior CommUnity Care runs two PACE Health Centers for seniors who enroll in our program, one in Eckert and another in Montrose. These new Centers offer a place to:
- Meet with other seniors.
- Take part in activities or classes.
- Get nutritious meals.
- Receive health services.
- Visit with medical staff and therapists.
Transportation is provided to and from the Centers and home. These Centers are a great place to go during the day. They help you stay connected with others in the community and get help with your health needs.
The Centers are open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. in Eckert and from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. in Montrose.
